TimberCloud
Run your custom woodworking shop from storefront to shipment. No more juggling disconnected tools.
Sell configurable products, calculate pricing, manage production, and fulfill every order in one system.
“We’re probably too small for this.”
We heard some version of that a lot at IWF, especially from shops with only a handful of people.
But small shops still deal with the same order problems.
A customer emails dimensions. Someone turns that into a quote. Someone has to get those specs into production. Someone has to make sure the right thing gets packed and shipped.
When there are only two or three people in the shop, all that admin doesn’t disappear. It just gets piled onto fewer people.
TimberCloud starts at $199/month, and the first shop to run on it was a family-owned cabinet-door manufacturer that’s been around for more than 60 years.
Their customers can configure and place orders online, and those same orders flow into production without someone rebuilding them from scratch.
You don’t need 40 employees to have an order-entry problem.

Why launch TimberCloud at IWF?
Because we built it for the people who were already there.
Custom manufacturers are doing incredibly complex work, but too much of the process around that work still lives across spreadsheets, disconnected software, manual quoting, and systems that weren’t really built for made-to-order products.
We came to IWF to put TimberCloud in front of cabinet shops, door manufacturers, millwork companies, furniture makers, and other custom shops...and hear directly from them.
The best part was getting that feedback in real time. Watching people immediately connect what they were seeing to problems inside their own businesses was a pretty strong confirmation that we’re building in the right direction.
This was TimberCloud’s first IWF. Definitely not our last.
What does TimberCloud actually do?
At IWF 2026, Justin gave a quick walkthrough of the platform and how it connects the pieces of a custom manufacturing business — from selling configurable products online and pricing them based on your rules to turning those orders into something your shop can actually build.
One system from storefront to shop floor to shipment.
If you build custom cabinets, doors, millwork, furniture, or other made-to-order products, this is what we built TimberCloud for.

Two weeks ago, we brought TimberCloud to IWF Atlanta for the first time.
Four days at booth BC410. A few hundred conversations with people making cabinet doors, drawer boxes, millwork, furniture, and just about everything in between.
And we heard a lot of the same things.
Orders still come in through email and phone, then get typed into a quote, typed somewhere else for production, and sometimes typed again for shipping.
A lot of smaller shops told us, “We’re probably too small for this.” Then they’d describe the same spreadsheet-and-email process we were hearing from much bigger operations.
We also got asked more than once if TimberCloud was a marketplace. It isn’t, yet — you’re selling to your own customers, through your own storefront — but we heard you loud and clear, adding more marketing features and even tailored marketing plans is absolutely on the horizon!
And the biggest takeaway: every shop does custom a little differently. Millwork sold through bids is a very different workflow from cabinet doors ordered by the piece every day.
That’s exactly why we built TimberCloud around configurable products and custom workflows instead of trying to force every shop into the same box.
Thanks to everyone who stopped, asked questions, challenged us, and showed us how you’re doing things today.

54% of manufacturing plants still run production on pen, paper, and spreadsheets.
That's from IoT Analytics' MES Market Report 2025–2031. And it skews toward large plants — which means the real number in custom shops is almost certainly higher.
Here's what that looks like on a Tuesday. The quote lives in a spreadsheet. The build sheet is printed and taped to the cart. The shipping details are in somebody's inbox. Nobody's doing it wrong. That's just how a shop grows when it grows one job at a time.
The problem isn't the spreadsheet. It's that the same dimension gets typed four times before the product ships, and every retype is a chance to turn 34 1/2 into 34 3/4. You find out at the saw.
We built TimberCloud so it gets entered once — at the order — and the cut sheet, the work order, and the shipping label all read from that one entry.

Building software for people who build everything else. 🌲
Every cabinet, every custom door, every finished project starts with skilled people behind the scenes. That's exactly who we build TimberCloud for.
We know running a custom woodworking business isn't just about making great products. It's about juggling quotes, production, inventory, shipping, and customer expectations every single day.
Our goal is simple: make those everyday workflows a little easier, so you can spend more time building and less time managing spreadsheets.
We're excited to share more behind the scenes over the next few weeks as we get ready for IWF Atlanta 2026.
🌲 Thanks for following along!
