CommonAreaWash west of Home Dr. Good news, no snakes there. We are out of $$ so we are officially done until we invoice in January 2026. The contractor will spray both of the areas they recently cleaned in the next week.
Our contractors have almost completed our final project for 2025, they are still working on the front of the CommonAreaWash west of Home Drive, I'll add more pictures. They did find another snake when they cleaned the small area in the MainCommonArea so still be careful.

Two more washes cleaned on Alexanderwood today. Please be aware the contractor found a rattlesnake so be careful. In the next few days, the contractor will be spraying the washes they recently cleaned to attempt to keep the weeds down. We now have to wait for more fees to be collected so we can continue moving forward. These are the "after" pictures.

Someone crashed into our wall on 1/6/2024. If you have any information or if you saw the vehicle or person that did this, please contact me (or the Sheriff's department). We'll get it repaired when we get some more assessments, right now we don't have enough to pay the deductible... many homeowners are not paying assessments. Sheriff's Department Case #24016052
