CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor

Soooo I spent most of yesterday in Phoenix in a Instructor training class to now be able to offer HSI's Active Violence Immediate Response Training(AVIRT)

Here we go again! 2nd class of the weekend and another next Sunday.
So happy to be able to teach a life saving skill to so many people.

The chance of a sudden cardiac arrest is low, but CPR and AED use can save a life! Most CPR mannequins are male. There is no tissue on the chest when people get trained. As females, we are less likely to get CPR or AED placement likely in part because people are uncomfortable with breast tissue.
