Seva is starting an environmental initiative to clean up Tucson and provide for our community! We are asking for volunteers to make their own home gardens to grow produce that will be distributed to those who need it. Next in our superstar series is Pat Desai! She tirelessly sewed numerous masks for us. Wouldn’t you call a person a superstar when they reach out to you and offer their help? Pat Desai, we are forever grateful!

Seva Squad is putting together this magazine to showcase creativity during quarantine!! There is no concrete deadline, but we hope to begin the publishing process at the end of summer (late July).

Next in our superstar series is a pair of mom and daughter in law. Mrudula and Krishna Kansagra have made masks with unmatched speed and helped us when we had peak demand. We are forever grateful for their help!

Seva squad honors all those who serve or have served the nation. We salute the heroes and their families!

Not all superheroes wear capes, some wear scrubs!! Our next superstar, Babitha Bijin not only wears those scrubs during day, she also wears a seamstress hat in her spare time. Could we be more in awe? Thank you for going above and beyond!!!

Meet the team part 5, the final member! This is Mallika, our Technology Officer/co-founder and a student at Catalina Foothills High School. She loves to read, do art, and enjoys speech and debate!

Meet our team part 3! This is Ananya, Seva Squad’s manager/co-founder and a student at University High School. She has been learning classical dance since she was five years old, loves her dog, and loves to help in her community!
