Now with 13 acres on the banks of the Rillito River full of cactus, trees, shrubs, houseplants, annuals, perennials, soil, dry goods and lots of pottery of all sizes, shapes and styles! 70% of plants are grown here in Tucson on our property. We are known for the hardiness of our plants and our diverse selection of plants and pottery. We are very reasonably priced, have good customer service and love what we do!! Aloe ferox
Grows dense, thick, fleshy leaves. Can grow up to 10' when mature or in it's natural habitat but is also great for containers. In containers they grow between 2'-4'. The tubular flowers are an orange to red vibrant color and grow from the tall branched spikes. They are drought resistant and can tolerate a brief frost down to 25 degrees. Echinacea X Hybrida 'Sombrero Lemon Yellow'
Grows 18"-24" tall, needs an average amount of water, and flowers in late Spring. They are deer, rabbit tolerant along with cold and drought tolerance.

Missouri Evening Primrose have large, citrus yellow flowers that bloom spring through fall. They require full sun to part shade, moderate water but can also become drought tolerant once established. These plants are perennials with the potential to re-seed. Grows up to 30" wide and stays under a foot in height. Missouri Evening Primrose are great accent plants and gap fillers.

Plants for Pools Tip:
Avoid plants that attract bees, have thorns or pods, or have root system that can get out of control. Here's 3 trees that will work for your pool area.
1. Citrus as long as the fruit is harvested to avoid a mess
2.Tx Mt Laurel requires low water, ha clean blooms but can be slow to grow
3. Windmill Palm, clean growing Evergreen, moderate growth but no blooms
