Breaking barriers and building futures! 🛠️We are incredibly proud to highlight one of our amazing Mini Poderosas, Madeline, attending her very first Camp NAWIC right here in Tucson! 🌵👷‍♀️

Camp NAWIC is a completely free summer program designed to introduce high school girls to the world of construction and skilled trades. From carpentry and electrical wiring to plumbing and blueprint reading, these girls aren’t just learning how to use tools—they are building unstoppable confidence and unlocking major career opportunities.
Seeing our Mini step onto the job site at the Habitat Tucson CHUCK Center, put on her safety gear, and say “I can do this” is exactly why we cultivate leadership, resilience, and community.

Women make up less than 11% of the construction industry, but the next generation is changing that narrative, one project at a time! 💪🏽🧱

Thank you to NAWIC and Habitat for Humanity Tucson for creating this incredible launchpad for future female leaders. AND for inviting Madeline! Stay tuned to see what our powerful girl builds next! 👑⚒️

Mini Poderosas had an amazing time celebrating community and education at the Victoria Teresa Arias Gala this past weekend! 🌟
We are so proud to stand alongside our incredible community partner. The highlight of the evening was watching four deserving students receive life-changing scholarships of $40,000 each! 🎓💛 (pictured recipient: A.A )

Reflecting on a Transformative Mini Poderosas 2026 Summer camp 👑:
A week has passed since another incredible summer camp. We look back at our time with our Minis with immense pride, gratitude, and joy. This summer was not just about filling with fun activities; it was an intentional journey of building community, fostering sisterhood, and nurturing the next generation of strong, conscious leaders. From day one to our final farewell, the transformation within our space was palpable, touching the lives of our participants, guest speakers, mentors, and our facilitators.
