Y’all have been asking us for years… and we’re finally giving the people what they want🍝

Vodka sauce is officially joining the permanent menu at Ceres! We’re debuting it this week as our pasta special so you can get an early taste, but don’t worry, it’s here to stay.

This week we’re serving it with semolina orecchiette noodles! Our vodka sauce is made with garlic, onions, tomato paste, red pepper flakes, cream, and of course, vodka. Finished with Pecorino Romano cheese and fresh basil🌿🧀🥰

The freshest heirloom tomatoes, lovingly grown by our resident farmer at Blacklidge Farm (can be found at ), cooked with lots of garlic, extra virgin olive oil, fresh orange juice and zest, and fennel seed. Tossed with butter and topped with parmigiano reggiano, fresh basil and crushed red pepper. Spaghetti made with durum flour from . A lot of love in this dish!
