Custom built-ins in white oak. Kelly wanted something that had an antique quality to it, but still blended with the design style. I like the addition of the brass gallery rails on the shelves of the center unit.

Of course she chose a really complicated door mullion design for the glass doors! I had to mill and fabricate them from scratch!!!

The 48" Ilve Nostalgie range is a very functional unit in a retro style that adds a sense of nostalgia while keeping the warmth from the brass.

I was really impressed with the build quality of this unit. Sure it's not a Wolfe, but at half the cost it represents excellent value for money. And they have some really cool colours!

The triple window with the 6 over 1 grids was a great idea. Not only does it let in lots of natural light, but the trim details and the gallery lights are a feature all on their own.

And then the little details like the subtle arch in the side of the custom cabinets to mimic the curve of the custom range hood.

And here's the (almost) finished kitchen! It has been a journey, but the results are stunning. So many details that combine together to create the space. My clients were amazing. From the beginning, Kelly had a clear vision of the style and made nearly all of the material and colour selections herself, and the results speak for themselves.
