Trumbull Food Pantry
The Food Pantry, a program of our Social Services Department, supports Trumbull residents facing food insecurity or unexpected financial hardship.
We provide essential food and personal care items. Appointments required. Donations are always welcome. https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/119L7J9RD8OVB?type=wishlist&fbclid=IwAR2SYmjo9nWO4gZ9kHv6TqeIax_1SvR-taxapdqBQS7aMKXA4CySijATGM4
Breugger Bagels in Trumbull Center has closed. For several years Food Rescue coordinated a bagel rescue every Thursday with the Kennedy Collective and the Trumbull Food Pantry. We looked forward to this weekly delivery of fresh bagels. We are sorry to see them leave our community. Many thanks to Food Rescue and the Kennedy Collective.

Many thanks to Eva and her team at the Final Mile Event for their awesome donation to the Trumbull Food Pantry. Just what we need for the upcoming grilling season.

April 28, 2026 Update:
In November 2025, Trumbull voters considered a proposal to construct a new Senior and Community Center, but the referendum did not pass. To better understand residents’ priorities before any future proposal is developed, the Town Council in a bipartisan 19-1 vote passed a resolution at its February 2, 2026 meeting to commission an independent survey to be conducted by the Siena Research Institute/ReconMR. The cost of the survey is approximately $25,000. For further information about the cost of the survey, please see the Public Works Committee minutes from January 26, 2026, here: https://www.trumbull-ct.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Minutes/_01262026-5979 and the Town Council minutes from February 2, 2026, here: https://www.trumbull-ct.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Minutes/_02022026-5976
This survey will be conducted during the week of May 4, 2026. Residents may receive a call from a local 203 or 475 number, and any text message will come from 203‑780‑6798. All survey results will be publicly released, including a full presentation to the Town Council in June.
