her dimensions As you know, women tend to sacrifice their time, and in turn, their dreams to tend to the lives of others around them.

In fact, we often carry guilt that we are not doing enough for our family and friends! I want to once and for all break this cycle and so I've designed a number of workshops that address these issues and show women the value in taking time for themselves.
