We are planning on closing at 7 tonight due to the storm, but if the snow gets really bad then we might close sooner than that. If you'd like to get Fryborg for dinner tonight the earlier the better! Thank you and stay safe everyone!

Hey, Collective! We just want to clear something up. We have had several people ask us when we are closing. And we have also heard a lot of rumors being spread through the grapevine that we are closing. We are not going anywhere! This “space for lease” sign in front of our business has nothing to do with us. I don’t know what space the landlord is trying to lease, but it’s not ours.

Trumbull schools are closed today!

We’ve got games, a cool lounge to hang out in and it’s nice and warm inside.

Rarely is our fearless Fryborg leader Jonathan Gibbons speechless and the cause is not due to him stuffing his face.

This morning was one of those rare times.

We are absolutely grateful and damn near speechless to be named the best french fries in the state of Connecticut by Chowhound, one of the most respected food fanatic reviewers out there.

It’s pretty great to get recognized since our fries are a true labor of foodie love.

We hand-cut a carefully selected type of potato and then put our fries through a specific soaking and double-fry method to achieve what we think is a fantastic french fry to use as the base of our specialty fry dishes or the side to our burgers, chicken sandwiches and cheesesteaks.

It’s a process we take seriously.

Whether you are getting our fan favorite currywurst fries from our food truck or dining in at our Trumbull location sharing a cheesy bacon fries with friends while you hang out with your friends and family, we want you to know our team works hard to make every fry the best it can be.

We send a shout out of thanks and appreciation to our crew for their consistency in making the best hand cut fries with every order.

Perhaps the coolest thing about this news is that YOU, our fans, told us about it. We had no idea until we began receiving messages and texts with the link. So thank you for looking out for us and for loving our fries.
