Just so you know, crocheting is actually awesome for your mental health. 🧘♀️💖 Give it a shot! These slimes are pretty easy and fast to whip up. 💨✨ But the happiness they bring feels endless, and the smiles are totally unlimited. 😄😊

Thank you to everyone who joined us at our Glorious Holiday Party yesterday. The food was, delicious, the ugly sweaters were simply awesome, the gift-exchange game as always was absolutely hysterical (Lava Lamp songs and Oscar for being the most stolen item) and of course we are beyond for all the people attending, bring silly, and participating in all the holiday festivities.
Thank you to Carolyn Krieger and Frank Krieger for doing practically everything, doing such a wonderful job preparing and hosting, making this event so absolutely amazing and spectacularly wonderful.
Thank you The 12 Step Club for always supporting us and letting us crash your venue for or sober shenanigans.

My FAV new word! FLAWSOME - totally flawed and absolutely awesome. That's 100% me, and guess what, I'm finally happy. It took time, lots of therapy, trauma healing, and stop being self centered by always helping others, even when I don't to.
And damn, once I stopped worrying about people pleasing, or trying to be anyone but me, life literally became so simple. And don't get me wrong, this past year kicked as my ass, with so much going and it's still GOING!!! I honestly need to make bunch of amends to ppl everywhere, for being MIA, lacking of response, and not getting stuff done bc there are simply not enough hours in the day.

7th Annual Yankees vs Red Sox Outing ➡️ 💯 unforgettable. Such a blast!
This year was absolutely magical! Bigger, better, funner, livelier, hotter, kinder, sillier, and perfectly imperfect AWESOME. New memories, new experiences, and whole bunch of new friendships were made this July 6th, 2024. Viva Recovery! Viva Wellnesss! Viva Mental Health! This beautiful, joyful, and glorious life is absolutely possible.
And HUGE thanks to everyone who helped make this event happen. I typically get lots of kudos, but trust me (especially this year), there is no way I could have pulled this massive undertaking alone.
