BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL PLAYERS

No longer do you need to do meaningless ‘arm care’ programs. If you want real results then you need real training.

Most programs will prescribe a series of general exercises. But how do you know if it’s what YOU need. With our program an athlete will complete several range of motion and strength tests. With this data, they’ll get a program that is specific to their needs. Additionally, we can also track their progress and changes can be made as their performance changes.

Our speed coach is now offering testing, reports, analysis, and 1-on-1 training.

Detailing the art of sprinting and change of direction, Tyler has helped many of our athletes improve their test scores.
