This week, Real Estate Masters and sister company Connecticut Housing Partners (CHP) staff members began working with CHP board member Mark Schneider on leadership training. Using lessons laid out by Dale Carnegie and his self-help book "How to Win Friends and Influence People," our staff is learning valuable lessons that can be applied when helping our clients.

Connecticut lacks about 85,400 rental units that are available to its lowest income residents. And overall, only about 2% of the state’s rental units were available as of late August.
