I create traditional bakery goods such as cookies, cakes, brownies, multiple gluten free products, pizzas including gluten free pizza.
Since St.Louis and surrounding areas lack in offering traditional bakeries, I am taking steps to start my own from scratch. I have a degree in culinary arts, certificates in bakery and pastry and have worked in the health dept in the past so this is not your home cook start up company. True. Story.
I try to get money ( a Job) to try to get this business off the ground ( A brick and mortar place). I get a job interview, but do not get the job. The places say I'm over or under qualified for the job, or I don't have experience in cooking or baking.
I'm Sorry that I have not posted things because it be a really bad month.
To slowly get our feet off the ground we are offering our goodies to friends and family 1/2 off. First we have to figure out pricing lol. This does include mail delivery to family and friends out of state. If you order we can hash out the details lol
