Just a reminder: tonight is TPC Night at McDonald's at 4819 Rochester Rd, in Troy! That means 15% of all sales from 5 - 8 pm -- through drive-thru, dining in, and carry-out -- will be donated to Troy People Concerned! So stop in for dinner, grab a smoothie, or pick up a treat!

This is a great example of how our donors make a world of difference to people in need, such a wonderful example of love for your neighbor!

Samantha Sievers is a 14 year-old Troy High freshman that wished to help Troy families in crisis at Easter. Samantha spent countless hours collecting donations from family and friends purchasing items to make 24 Easter baskets, and filling 2,082 plastic eggs with small toys and candy for the egg hunts. She started delivering these gifts at 4:00 am Easter Sunday!
Samantha and family, along with Big Beaver United Methodist Church, First Presbyterian Church of Troy, St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society and the Vredeveld family assisted a total of twenty-one TPC families with a variety of Easter donations including gift cards, food, children's baskets, egg coloring kits, candy and of course, eggs for Easter egg hunts!
Many thanks to all of the wonderful donors who participated in this yearly program!
