Fitness Institute of Troy is a co-ed gym located in Downtown Troy, Ohio. We offer personal training, classes, massage, and a far infrared sauna to fit all of your workout needs in a clean and spacious environment. FIT resides in a historic First Baptist Church that was built in 1855. The original stained glass windows still illuminate the main gym that is home to the highest caliber of fitness equipment in the industry.
