We are so thankful for every customer who stopped by, supported our small business, and helped make today such a success for the Children’s Miracle Network!!

🇺🇸 He was getting old and paunchy and his hair was falling fast,And he sat around the Legion, telling stories of the past.In a war that he had been in, in the far and distant seas,And the world was somewhat different then, in days long gone by.He would tell the other veterans in the smoky Legion hall,Of the buddies he had lost, as he watched them fall.And sometimes in the evening, he would sit and shed a tear,For the ones he left behind him, over there, so very near.But he was just a common soldier, and his ranks are growing thin,But his presence should remind us we may need his like again.He was just a common soldier, just a man of simple ways,Who had done a soldier's duty in the best of peaceful days.And though he's gone and left us, as our fathers did before,Let us honor this brave soldier, and all the heroes of the war.For they did a soldier's duty, and they held our country high,And they left us with a freedom, that will never, never die. 🇺🇸
