Plan IV is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This role will provide essential support by managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, handling documents and data entry. Key responsibilities will include answering phones, responding to emails, filing paperwork, updating databases, and preparing client quotes and documents. This job requires strong computer skills, attention to detail and excellent customer service.
