If you think that you may have roof damage to your home, CALL YOUR AGENT FIRST. Do not call in a claim unless you know for a fact that you have damage. Once a claim is started, it doesn’t matter if it pays out or not, that’s a hit to your insurance score. It’s always best to call your agent or get a contractor to look at the damage first.
