The Field Foreman’s responsibilities include:

- Laying out of all equipment on install.
- Checking equipment to make sure it matches the prints.
- Making sure work area stays clean and organized. - Keeping up with all tools on job site.
- Making sure team is working safely and following all rules and guidelines of the company.

Must be able to train and mentor field staff on a wide range of equipment including but not limited to , Systems, Systems, installation, , etc.

To be successful as a Field Foreman, applicant must be able to manage all personnel on a job site by answering questions from customers, employees, and sub-contractors as well as participating in the labor required for installation.

An outstanding Field Foreman should be able to build good working relationships with customers and resolve customer complaints in an efficient manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Parking and organizing company vehicles within the facilities.
• Filing of paperwork, recording and maintaining inventory of vehicles.

Talascend is looking for qualified candidates to apply for the Forklift Operator position located in Lake Zurich, Illinois.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate a sit down forklift and hand truck.
Work with bar coding and RF scanner systems.
Unload, move, and store a variety of materials, parts, or products.
Fill orders from storage area and deliver to designated department
Move materials between departments following tickets or orders.
Report shortages, damaged goods, broken packages, obvious defects, and food safety problems.
Complete and submit paperwork.
Write order numbers and number of pallets on the front of the pallet.
Locate missing items and follow-up on discrepancies.
Shrink wrap pallets using stretch wrap machine or by hand using rollers.
Transfer finished goods to the shipping dock and load trucks.
Notify supervisor of unusual problems, delays, and/or safety issues.
Follow SOPs, GMPs safety rules, sanitation rules, good housekeeping procedures, and company rules of conduct.
Participate in all company training for food safety and plant safety.
Assist in training less experienced operators.
Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1 or more years of forklift operating experience
Forklift certification
RF scanner experience desirable
Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Good English and math skills
Willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
