Congratulations to the Becker family on selling their Sterling Heights home and on purchasing a gorgeous property in Washington Township 🏡
We were able to get 25k over asking on the sell side, with no inspection, a guaranteed appraisal and 60 days of occupancy after closing😱
We also were able to beat out multiple offers to secure their next home. It’s in a great neighborhood and has a giant yard which they’re going to need as they get ready to welcome twins this fall!
Working with your family was such a wonderful experience and I feel extremely blessed to have been a small part of all the wonderful things they have to look forward too 🙏

Happy 4th Anniversary to the most beautiful bride, the most caring mother and most amazing partner I could ask for🥂 Four years later and so much has changed. We’ve been blessed with two wonderful children, a new home and a new life since this day! The miracles keep coming and there’s nobody I’d rather be doing this life with🥰

A little bit of a weird feeling😲Realizing that I’ve been doing this long enough that people I helped buy houses are now selling them. Feels like just yesterday we were getting this great couple moved into their incredible Waterford home. This time around I was able to help them sell it for over asking and guarantee them occupancy in the home through the end of July! Congratulations to the Kinning’s as they prepare to start a new life with their baby boy on the west side of the state 🥂Swipe to see us four years ago!

Congratulations to my buyer for closing this great Rochester Hills Condo today 🥳
We were able to negotiate 10k off the list price to get our offer accepted and then we were able to negotiate another 10k off after the appraisal for a total of 20k under list price!
If there’s anyone looking to navigate this rapid market, please keep me in mind!
