Kristin had a heart for helping people. For the month of October, The Flock will be donating a couple raffle baskets to this event, as well as participating in the tournament. Whether you’re a pool player or simply like supporting your neighbors and local businesses, this is a great way to spend your Saturday. Hope to see you there!

With the start of school we want to help a teacher with wish list items for their classroom. Education was very important to Kristin and she was always supportive of teachers. Plus she loved all the supplies! Tag your favorite teacher or tell us their name and the school they call home, we will choose a winner for a back to school gift bag. Winner will be randomly selected on Sunday, August 25th!

Happy 4th!!

Two years ago Kristin wanted to have a party for the Fourth. “It will probably be my last one, I want to go out with a bang.” For those of us that were lucky enough to know her, know she meant every ounce of that pun even as the truth rang loud that it unfortunately probably would be. She quickly worked out a guest list and a party was had. We laughed, soaked up the sun and precious time. We ate too much and made memories to carry us through the hard days ahead. A few days later, we drove to Hospice and there we stayed.

Today we had the distinct honor of saying thank you to the staff at Hospice with a gift basket from The Flock. The love, care and compassion they showed all of us was unmatched. Each and every person we encountered during those days helped make it just a little less heavy.

We spent four great years here and made so many memories from dances to football games to post secondary at Edison. These four years solidified The Flock and built a wonderful, lifelong friendship.

Kristin made a point to try to own EVERY pair of shoes. From practical to downright ridiculous, she loved them all.

Kristin loved giving back to the community and was an ultimate foodie. She would have loved these community food trucks.
