What a wonderful evening! 💗

We loved spending time with our breast and gynecologic cancer survivors and thrivers at our recent Cooking with Cancer-Fighting Foods event. Together, we rolled up our sleeves, prepared a delicious, healthy meal, and then gathered around the table to enjoy what we created.

Along the way, we learned about the many ways nutritious foods can support overall health and survivorship, while sharing stories, laughter, and encouragement with one another. It was a great reminder that food can nourish more than our bodies, it can bring people together.

A heartfelt thank you to our partners at Mount Carmel Cancer Services Mount Carmel Health and Mount Carmel's Healthy Living Center for helping make this special evening possible. And thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a meaningful experience. We can't wait to do it again!

We had such a wonderful evening at our Scents of Support: Aromatherapy for Emotional Wellness event in partnership with OSU James Cancer Hospital - JamesCare for Life!

Our survivor and thriver community came together at the Bob Crane Community Center to explore how essential oils like lavender, lemon, and peppermint can support stress relief, relaxation, and emotional balance. A huge thank you to the JamesCare for Life team for guiding us through such a grounding and restorative session! 🌿🌸
