This is one of my favorite before and after situations! Knowing that this gorgeous artisan sourdough boule is made with hard red and hard white wheat flours that were milled fresh in my own kitchen just yesterday is incredible!

This hearty loaf has a tender crumb and a slight chew with the depth of fresh whole wheat flours balanced by the lightness of unbleached bread flour. If you’re a wheat bread fan, this is not one to miss.
