It has been a very busy past few weeks of production, so I haven’t posted for good reason, but I’m excited about this one! Over the last few months, I’ve been working on a new collection that will feature 6-piece invitation suites, complete with envelope liners and coordinating printed vellum wraps!

Not only is it Valentine’s Day, but today is also the day I officially launched my website, exactly one year ago.

Today we celebrate love, each and every kind of love… and over here at Design Truly, we also celebrate those who take bold leaps of faith in pursuit of their dreams, so they can do what they love! You may have seen the Save-the-Date from our Evelyn Rose Collection I recently posted. I wanted to also show you the matching invitation showcased with this beautiful flatlay! 😍 I just love the elegant simplicity of the Evelyn Rose Invitation, with the beautiful script lettering shown for the names, and the simple serif lettering for the invitation information. This invitation looks so pretty wrapped with vellum and finished with silk ribbon and a wax seal.

I have always loved the timeless, romantic feel of antique pieces. Likely because my parents owned an antique store when I was growing up in Maine. I love marrying elements of new and old in each of our stationery designs to maintain that romantic, antique feel, while incorporating modern style typography and layout designs.
