I have 2 clients needing rental homes , both are beginning building their homes soon.Family 1 needs a minimum 3 bed home in TCAPS west district. Their home burned and will be rebuilding. They need something by March 1st.

Family 2 is coming here April 1 and needs a 2 bedroom home on the west side as they build a new home in Benzie county. They have a professionally trained retired service dog.
