Saturday Parking & Access Update !!

Please note that Union Street between 6th Street and 8th Street will be closed on Saturday for the Art Fair.

We will still be holding our:
• 8:00 AM Class
• 11:00 AM Senior Class

Parking will be available on the surrounding east/west side streets and in the parking garage.

The Art Fair is free to attend, so feel free to arrive a little early or stay after class to enjoy the event.

On Thursday, April 30th from 1–2:30pm, we’re hosting a watercolor workshop with Nancy Mullkoff—no experience needed. Bring a friend or come make one while learning to paint beautiful watercolor flowers.

$20 cash, all materials included. Space is limited, so grab your spot and come hang out in the studio 💫

Amelia has been a professional dancer and fitness instructor for years, and after the birth of her daughter, she and her family made the move up to Northern Michigan. She’s completely taken by the beauty, whimsy, and sense of community here—and while building something new has its challenges, she loves creating connection in the way she knows best: through dance.
By day, Amelia works with Cherry Republic (if you’re doing any corporate gifting, find her!), and by night she’s bringing high-energy, feel-good dance fitness to the Modus+ community. Modus found Amelia by way of Leah McCallum and is so proud to welcome her into the space.
When she’s not dancing, you’ll find her soaking up NoMi life with her husband, their daughter, and their Jack Russell terriers—her whole world. She can’t wait to move, sweat, and get groovy with you all very soon.

✨ INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT ✨

Haley is a Northern Michigan native who first walked into Modus+ to get in shape for her wedding - and never looked back. She quickly fell in love with the energy of the studio and now teaches the Classic Modus Barre class.

She married her best friend, Skyler, last summer in her parents’ backyard, and together they have a two-year-old dachshund, Franklin, who runs the show. When she’s not at the studio, Haley co-owns Cherry Coast Events with her best friend Leah, planning weddings and celebrations around northern MI.

Haley believes great music is one of the most important parts of a great class - so come ready to jam. She’s always down to get on the dance floor and bring that same energy into every workout.
