We extend our sincerest appreciation to the firefighters who protect Long Lake. Their service makes our community a safer place.

Grand Traverse Road Commission and City of Traverse City Streets are about working the main roads as best they can, but all roads are extremely bad. Please, if you absolutely do not need to be out and about, stay home. It will take some time to get the roads clear due to the heavy, wet consistency of the snow.
