2009 Bria, heading to her first job ever at Burger King 🥹 going into the world with low confidence, acne, sweaty and greasy.

Fast forward to 2015 deciding I wanted to go back to college and help change lives and help people become stronger, healthier and happier 💪🩷

I’m so happy I took that leap and I’m so happy I kept with it after all these years. Burger King Bria would NEVER have guessed it.

Client Shout Out, Lyric!!! Not only has this mama accomplished her first 5k she also just crushed her first ever 6am workout & went for a 2 mile walk with her little ❤️ she’s been kicking butt this year. Stronger than ever!

We’re getting there 💜 To the mommies that don’t bounce back right away, I see you. I know how you feel. The c-section pooch, Diastisis Recti and the person in the mirror that you don’t recognize. Wishing and praying so hard to feel “normal” again. It’s daunting. It’s so easy to give up. It’ll only get better if we put in the work, the time and effort.

YOU CAN DO THIS! Only YOU can do this for yourself but it’s easier with support and a plan. If you ever need help, I got you! ☺️💪
