Fall is Shawn's favorite season (mine is a tie between Spring & Summer:)
With cooler temps and an abundance of harvest there certainly is a lot to celebrate. There's a natural elegance to the season with its distinct colors and shapes as the robust greenery of Summer wanes.
A time of transition, Autumn serves as reminder of the value of change and calls us to reflect on the months that have passed and prepare for those yet to become.
We find it an excellent time to reassess where we are in relation to the goals we set out earlier in the year...if you're craving a change in your fitness routine and want support in creating a path, connect with us!
