Competitors from Brick, PCC, Marble, and Terrazzo will be putting their skills to the test as they battle it out for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in their trade.

This year marks another year hosting this exciting event, showcasing the hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship of our apprentices.

On Saturday, March 7th, we proudly celebrated the incredible achievement of our newest Journeymen.

Our Bricklayers, PCC, Marble, and Terrazzo apprentices were honored as they received their State and Federal Certificates, Journeyman cards, and their Journeyman jackets, marking the successful completion of their apprenticeship.

This milestone represents years of dedication, training, and hard work. We are proud to recognize each of you for the commitment and perseverance it took to reach this moment.

Your efforts have truly paid off, and this special evening was a celebration of everything you’ve accomplished. 👏

The future of our trades is strong because of you.

Approximately 700 high school students attended this year’s event at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds. It was an incredible opportunity for students to explore career pathways, meet industry professionals, and learn about apprenticeship training programs available right here in our region.
