Last week, I had the incredible privilege of attending the NAACP National Convention in Chicago, where I also had the opportunity to visit the Obama Presidential Center. It was an inspiring week filled with powerful conversations, meaningful connections, and a renewed sense of purpose.

I came home energized and reminded that real change begins when we show up, stay engaged, and continue working together to build stronger communities.

On April 27, I had the joy of celebrating my birthday in Nashville surrounded by incredible friends who flew in from Washington, D.C. and California to make the weekend truly unforgettable. After two weeks of traveling throughout Tennessee, it was the perfect opportunity to pause, reflect, and create meaningful memories with people I cherish.
