Performing Arts & Digital Humanities Librarian, Christina Gibson, has received the Dena Epstein Award from the Music Library Association for her project with Jessica Grimmer "Opera on the Nation's State: A Narrative Bibliography of Opera in Washington, D.C." Funding from this award will allow them to travel to Lyndon B. Johnston's library in Austin (Christina) and various archives in Boston (Jessica). Research in these locations will contribute to a chapter on the foundation of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Congratulations, Christina!!π
