Looking to wind down after a long week? Savasana is a resting position and a great way to release stress and muscle tension. Stack a pillow and rolled-up blanket at one end of a yoga mat and lie flat with your back resting on the blanket and pillow. Bring your knees together with your feet flat on the mat and open your legs on each side of the mat, keeping your knees bent and your hands at your sides, palms facing up. An apple a day may keep breast cancer away — but there’s a catch. Today's dedication goes out to two special groups...first, we must honor those who've sacrificed their lives to ensure the freedoms and protection we are blessed with everyday. Happy Memorial Day. Also, it's so we can't leave out the brave men who are faced with the tough battle of breast cancer too. This year 2,350 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in men. Although not as dramatically high as women, we should still acknowledge it's existence and make sure men are just as educated about breast cancer as women. We all fight together!
