As our new Health Insurance Agent, your role will involve selling policies to fresh leads and current clients, crafting tailored coverage plans, and supporting marketing and operations initiatives for the department 🙌
Responsibilities include:
• Selling tailored life and health insurance policies to individuals and businesses
• Advising clients on options to create adequate, sustainable coverage
• Making warm calls to leads and cold calls to build a client base
• Assisting with marketing, presentations, and client maintenance
• Supporting the property and casualty divisions with administration and marketing
• Helping build the life and health team and emerging as a leader
Requirements:
• Life and health insurance license preferred (but not required)
• Proven sales ability and willingness to make connections
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and creative marketing instincts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Desire for long-term growth, development, and success
