We will continue to celebrate National Nutrition Month throughout the rest of March. This weeks featured recipe is Quinoa Pudding! This is a great way to use the whole grains, and dairy on your WIC food package. This recipe can be used as a desert or a sweet addition to your breakfast. You can add fresh or dried fruit (I tried raisins and it was delicious!) We'll have samples of the recipe in our office this week. Let us know if you tried it and what you think!
