Qualified candidate:
- Office experience
- Strong interpersonal skills: telephone, verbal and written, active listening; must be organized and professional
- Knowledge to understand IT support involving Microsoft's core business applications and related technologies
- Work efficiently both in a project team environment and with minimal supervision, always within procedural guidelines
- Receive incoming client queries and accurately input information into ticketing system and be able to resolve minor issues
- Other office duties as assigned including
-Answer phones, enter service tickets and assign to technicians.
-Receive inventory/enter inventory records.
-Monthly inventory counts review.
-Shipping and handling responsibilities.
-Configure client laptops and workstations.
-Documentation
-Additional duties as the office requires.
Benefits could include: Medical insurance, Paid time off, Vacation, Retirement plan.
Full time with some flexibility.
Compensation is based on qualifications and related experience, $14.50 to $16.50 per hour.
