They presented research on their favorite historical figures, played Jeopardy with Black history facts, and organized a campus-wide event in collaboration with their school’s Black Student Union. An eventful day at LA City Hall for the students in Teens Advocating for Civic Action! We got to meet the , got a tour of City Hall, and most importantly, engaged in meaningful conversations about what it means to be leaders in our communities. The youth are not just the leaders of the future, they are the leaders of TODAY!
