What makes for good password hygiene? You might be surprised to learn that many of the “standard practices” we all use for our passwords are actually bad. How many times have you reused passwords? If you’re like my family, you have password “buckets.” This password is for finance, one for retail, and the other one for Netflix and streaming. You may even have several variations of those passwords.
Most of the time, you would be better off picking four random words that you can easily remember, rather than using a simple word or date with minor changes and amendments added to the end. (“Just add a '!' to the end,” you say!)
