We have a very friendly and beautiful male cat that has been around the farm the last week. He is not one of our farm cats, and we want to make sure he gets home to his family in time for the holiday.

One of the first fruit wines we made at our home on Boone Street was Peach wine with a big basket of fresh peaches from Rees Fruit Farm. Boone Street in Lecompton was named after Albert Boone. The grandson of Daniel Boone and one of the founders of our small town.
