Grading Of Land - “Digging” - For New installations and replacement pool where ground needs to be modified or dug back.

-Base grading fee on all pools that need leveling for installation is $99- that includes the first three inches of leveling. Each additional inch over first three is $35 an inch.

- Sinking of the pool starts between

$30 -$75 an inch depending on size pool.

- “Saucers” - the digging down of the middle of the pool - is available on all round pools starting at $250.

- A six foot opening provided by the customer is needed for the Bobcat to access backyard.

- Pyramid Pools does not do any backfilling or landscaping around the pool site.

Additional Customer Information and costs

NOTE: pricing on materials may increase over original estimate as price of gas and materials are unfortunately increasing daily.

- Sand and block are needed for the installation. Pyramid Pools can provide these at an additional charge. Pyramid may have included these costs in you estimate

- Pyramid Pools will install the pool and assemble base filter.

- Pyramid Pools does not remove any excess sand or cardboard boxes from premises.

- Pyramid Pools does not install ladders or gate enclosures.

- Pyramid Pools does not install heaters or saltwater accessories that require plumbing.

- Above ground pools cannot be installed above septic tanks, oil tanks, electric conduit, sprinkler systems, or any other subterranean objects. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure there is nothing under the ground where the pool is being installed.

- The customer is responsible for acquiring any necessary permits and to ensure that the pool is being placed within all legal setbacks required by the town of installation.

- Installation and dig dates are weather dependent. If Pyramid Pools has to postpone for any reason we will notify the customer.

- If applicable, Pyramid Pools can provide files to help the customer fill out the necessary paperwork with the town of installation. Customer can print out or can fill out their copy of their town’s permit form using our template and submit.
