Scar tissue can have a lasting impact on how the body moves and feels long after an injury has healed. When fascia becomes restricted from trauma, surgery, or an accident, it can create tension patterns throughout the body and limit mobility.
In this session, we worked together to help release restrictions, improve circulation, and restore movement through the fascia. By helping the tissue glide more freely and reducing areas of tension, the body can move with less strain and better function.
Recovery is not always about chasing the pain. Sometimes it is about helping the body unwind years of compensation and giving it the support it needs to move the way it was designed to.

Making TikToks in real time
What looks like a simple video usually comes with a lot of directions, retakes, laughing, and trying not to crack up on camera. 😅

Hip pain and back pain are often connected. When the fascia lines through the legs and pelvis become tight or imbalanced, they can pull on the hips, low back, and surrounding structures, creating tension and limiting movement.
In this session, I used Synergy Release Therapy to open up the pelvis and restore mobility through the legs and hips. By improving movement through the fascia and helping the body come back into balance, we can reduce strain on the low back and help the body move with more ease.
Sometimes the pain is not where the problem starts. The body is one connected system, and when we improve the foundation, everything above it benefits.
