Just Finished editing the rest of the Twin Senior Session and love these photographs so much!!
I'm glad I had the idea to let the twins draw on the chalkboard while I shoot (I usually would draw it myself but ran out of time before meeting them) because this moment ended up being so cute!!! Taylor is right-handed and started the writing and Alyssa is left-handed and when she went to add some details there was a marker malfunction which led to laughter!! It's a good thing I brought water and a sheet to erase the mishap. I believe there is no better friend than a sister!

This is a throw back to almost 2 years ago when Caitie and Stephen were only engaged and let me be their photographer for their engagement session which is one of my favorite sessions I ever did! Now they are married, have a house and they are living in their happily ever after!

These two gorgeous twin sisters are ready to graduate high school!! It was lovely spending this evening with Taylor and Alyssa. We went to Kleb Woods Nature Preserve and it is beautiful there!!! The perfect setting for portraits. I can't wait to send y'all the rest! Thank you Tammy Topolski Hilgar for thinking of me to take your girls' senior portraits! I had so much fun!

I told y’all I had fun taking pictures with the wildflowers. As I was editing the pictures of the property to give to my mom she saw that I had played around taking pictures of my engagement ring and said “you’re lucky you didn’t lose your ring” the grass was so tall and I probably could have if I wasn’t careful. But then I got to put my photoshop skills to the test and I’m pretty happy with the results. My ring was making the flower fall over but I was able to crop and rotate it to make it look like I actually did a good job setting it up. “Like wildflowers you must allow yourself to grow in all the places people thought you never would.” I was out shooting a property and was having fun with my camera and the wildflowers and the butterflies 🦋 and had a few photos I took just for fun that I wanted to share.

I know this is Texas and not the desert but I just thought this picture makes me think of Lion King. Can’t wait to see the remake. Lion King was like my baby movie. My mom said she took me to the theaters in a car seat to see the original when first came out and I just sat there quietly as a baby and enjoyed watching it. As I think about it now it is so funny because who takes their new born baby to the movies? But I grew up watching that movie at home every night and falling asleep by the end of the opening song. @ Pattison, Texas
