🏡 3,379 New Listings — down 7.8% year over year
🔑 1,445 Closings — down 12.4%
📋 36,938 Active Listings
👀 34,606 Showings — down just 1.5%
🚪 9,873 Open Houses — UP 5.6%

One number that stands out? Open-house activity increased while showings remained relatively steady. Buyers are still out there looking, but with nearly 37,000 active listings, they have choices.
