Our first BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) has been completely renovated and is available for rent for $2400/ month. Jenn did an amazing job on the remodel. This house had many original features from its build in 1985, including carpet in the bathrooms! We completely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with LPV throughout, granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, fixtures, hardware and blinds.
