🚨Call to action:
Call Rep Kaptur today, and share your concerns about her vote yes on HR 2616. This vote threatens the safety and education of children, by sexualizing topics related to gender identity in schools.
We won't stand by while a politician who's been in her seat for 40+ years, strips away our rights.
retirement is always an option!

EMERGENCY PROTEST TOMORROW 4/8
03/31/2026
Puff pass resist 👊🏻
In 2023 Ohio voted YES to issue 2 making recreational ma*****na legal. Now they are back tracking and put Senate Bill 56 into place in March 2026. This bill goes against what Ohioans voted for.
On 4/20 join us a promenade park at 4pm. We will march to the courthouse where we will then have speeches regarding the new bill and the minorities that it impacts the most. The March begins at 4:30. This is more than a march. It’s a community event to find resources and meet new people in our communities.
Here’s the facts about the new bill:
•Reduces allowable THC levels in adult-use ma*****na extracts from 90% to 70%
•Caps THC levels in adult-use cannabis flower at 35%
•Prohibits smoking in public
This bill will make ma*****na recriminalized in Ohio, businesses will close, workers will lose their jobs, and consumers will be denied their right to products they should be able to purchase. Cannabis prohibition began in the early 20th century and was based on racism, not science. The laws were originally used to target Latinos and black jazz musicians. This history continues to manifest itself in the current criminal justice system. 2/3rds of all people in state prisons for ma*****na offenses are people of color.
4/20 we take to the streets. This new bill goes against the interest of all the Ohioans that voted to legalize ma*****na. While we’re protesting this new bill, we are also bringing awareness to the racism that comes with criminalizing ma*****na.
We are NOT encouraging anyone to bring ma*****na or to use it in public. This event is for making our voices heard.
