Our mission is to create and retain jobs, train our workforce to not just be the most efficient and productive “construction worker” but the most efficient and productive “worker” on the entire job site. We want to be every contractor’s preferred and desired workforce. We strive to be actively engaged in political and community affairs directly affecting our membership and the communities we live and service.
