To whom it may concern,
The social media harassment stops now! Any comments or slander on social media will now be a form of harassment and reports will be made.
Any comments of intended harm; physically or financially will be taken seriously, screenshots will be used as evidence.
Below is an explanation of unforeseen circumstances to which the owner had zero knowledge, nor control over. There was NO vindictive intent to past employees, nor is there currently. Please stop the harassment as the owner is unable to do any corrections at this time, and has actually lost hundreds of thousands of dollars, thousands of hours in labor, and in due time will make an effort to those that have fallen victim of the property owners & the financial hardship.
The business has been closed and possible legalities are to follow.

Reasons of closing:
1. The property owner has a history of doing work WITHOUT proper permitting from the City of Toledo.
This prevented us from opening the kitchen, inwhich, caused a financial burden on the business to cover overhead expenses .
2. Social Media: Those that were angry about their separation of employment /or neighbor; taking to social media posting false allegations and causing a decline in sales and/or prevention of selling business.

We will no longer tolerate social media bullying, harassment or abuse. Everyone has the Right to Prosper and continued harassment only hurts the ones that are trying to FIX a sad situation.
For your knowledge, I have add the laws in which you can reference so you are aware.
