Please consider attending a Stop the Bleed class if you're able. We will work to host these as often as possible, but we can't overstate how important these skills are in keeping each other safe.

Hold your people today. Grief will come in waves. And anger and confusion, joy and relief, hope and despair. So hold your people harder, say the things you need to say, and turn toward each other.

Also this week!!! Angela from UTMC's injury prevention department is coming back to teach another Stop the Bleed training from 2-3p!

These classes are FREE and open to everyone! In only an hour you can learn how to help save lives when every second counts, and you get a certificate upon completion.

Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The more folks that have these skills, the safer we all are!
